ListView_SetItemState selects wrong item

ListView_SetItemState doesn't change selected item index.

^{This is not Task Manager's problem (maybe comctl32), the problem doesn't exists on Windows.}

^{The problem can be fixed (hack) by calling ListView_SetSelectionMark.}
