    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Install ReactOS from Boot CD
      • Install Process Hacker from RAPPS
      • Application installer does finish without problems
      • Expected: Application does start
      • Observed: Application does not start (dies silently)

      This is a regression, started happening after zefklop's commit 0.4.15-dev-2190-g325737f attempting to fix CORE-15793.
