Freeloader Exception 03

I found a fix for the problem, human error was at fault.
to anyone reading this, do not FORCE SHUT DOWN ReactOS after first installing ReactOS onto hard disk. ReactOS will be in a broken state and Freeloader errors

[I was just trying to boot into ReactOS in VirtualBox before this happened, I thought I should report this error in freeloader. I haven't had this issue with ReactOS before but I was using a different computer before too. maybe it's just one time error with my setup, I'll try again and see if anything differents happens]
