League Of Legends 4.20 splash image is not centered on the screen

    Description

      Tested on:
      Windows 2003
      ReactOS bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4650-gc8f6440-x86-gcc-lin-dbg
      The splash image is called splashscreen.dds and is possible to be found in API Monitor logs.

      While running the main executable a logo should appear.
      In Windows it is properly displayed in the center while on ReactOS appears in the top left corner.

      I provide extended detail DEBUGCHANNEL logs and API Monitor dump.
