CTRL+ALT+DEL creates a zombie window

    Description

      Using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4914-g2220e56-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      CTRL-ALT-DEL (see Task1.png) => Taskmanager opens + a zombie window

      Close Task Manager => Zombie window remains and can't be closed nor displayed

      ONLY occurs when stated from CTRL-ALT-DEL, not from Execute > Taskmgr and happens whatever action is made after the CTRL-ALT-DEL dialog is show (including "cancel")
