Notepad creates invalid shortcut in "Recent" start menu entry (missing path)

 Using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4914-g2220e56-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

Start > Execute > notepad <afilename> (Notepad1.png) <== This only happens in this scenario (eg : file > Save make it work correctly)

This opens and creates a file in the user folder + a lnk in the "Recent" start menu section

Open the link from the "Recent" section (Notepad2.png)

Notepad fails while file exists (Notepad3.png)

This is due to the fact that the LNK target contains file name but not its path (which leads to an error when trying to edit other's links properties such as icon, ....)
