Incorrect behavior of drag'n'drop for drives

    Description

      Using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4914-g2220e56-x86-gcc-lin-dbg and looking at CORE-17871

      Open MyComputer

      Drag'n'drop D: (ROS CDRom) to the Desktop :

      • Nothing happens (no icon) => First problem
      • When you release the left mouse button, ROS icon displayed (second problem)
      • Drag'n'drop C: (HDD) to the desktop : ROS CD icon is displayed (3rd problem) => CORE-19174
