Using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4914-g2220e56-x86-gcc-lin-dbg 

User account : can't set an empty full name

Open user account. By default, all "full names" are empty

Edit Full name to give a non null value "test"

Once validated, you can modifty to another non-null value BUT empty field will be accepted but not saved
