      Using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4914-g2220e56-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      According to CORE-9110 ( Jedi-to-be comment) we used to be able to install Vivaldi 1.0.435.46 in 2015

      Starting Vivaldi fails without much explicit traces ... (see log_exec.txt)

      Note : starts with "--no-sandbox", duplicate of CORE-9272
