Inconsistent version numbering for ReactOs Components (screensavers, DLL,...) : 42.{ReactOs Version}

Using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4914-g2220e56-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

Don't know if it is intentionnal but screensavers versions are 42.0.4.15 while I would have expected 0.4.15 as all other ROS products.

Not only screensavers : twain_32.dll ...
