BSOD 0xF4 when closing a simple home made Delphi app

Using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4897-g23ecbb3-x86-gcc-lin-rel.iso => I switched to a debug build with permanent logging and will complement with traces at the earliest opportunity

BSOD when closing a simple home made Delphi app

May be related to an unhandled exception issue with the same app : CORE-18323 

this is a simple home made app which periodically connects to a POP3 server / SMTP server / HTTP server
