FileZilla 3.8 unable to list content of a remote directory due to undue ECONNRESET

      using reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4946-ge9a129c-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso

      FileZilla 3.8 unable to list content of a remote directory (LIST is accepted (150+226) but connection is lost - reset by peer) and content is not displayed

      Filezilla complains abount ECONNRESET being triggered in ReactOS which corresponds to STATUS_FILE_CLOSED being passed to TranslateNtStatusError in dll/win32/msafd/misc/dllmain.c

      Source is confirmed : in case of FCB overread, it is not expected to raise an error about a lost connection, in particular if the IO status is set to "success". See patch : filezilla.patch
