CascadeWindow is not behaving correctly (NtUserEndDeferWindowPosEx does not respects Zorder in ASYNC mode)

    Description

      using : reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4946-ge9a129c-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Cascade is "built" correctly but Z-Order is messy

      On top : Last window process gets focus (see blue title bar), while on WinXPSP3 no window gets focus after Cascade
