    Description

      This did definitely not happen in 0.4.14-release-19-ga575acb yet
      But when running MS .NET 2.0 installer from rapps in RosBEWin2.2.1 build of 0.4.15-dev-5027-gc4bd0db gcc 8.4.0 dbg, the EULA of MS .NET 2.0 setup contains only tofu-blocks instead of real text.
