Description
When opening the properties of a file or drive,
the top left of the property sheet should be positioned where the mouse was (and where the menu opened).
This ticket tracks just the File and Drive properties,
since other properties (desktop, recycle bin etc) are launched as hack right now (starting a new process), making it impossible to position them correctly.
