Cf case below when dropping remote "LMS" folder onto Desktop
Similar/related to CORE-20619 (same with WinSCP)
Note : Same version installed on Win2K3 does the operation succesfully without error
Looks like error comes from a failure of IPSFactoryBuffer_CreateStub https://github.com/reactos/reactos/blob/master/dll/win32/ole32/marshal.c#L162
