[x64] Palemoon 27 (x64) doesn't render the fonts.

Software tested: palemoon-27.6.0a1.win64-git-20170929-30a81464-xpmod
ReactOS version: ReactOS
Arch: x64

Description of the bug:
1. Install ReactOS.
2. Start the Palemoon x64.
3. Renders the page, can navigate. BUT: No fonts in the GUI, in the webpage or in the messages it shows.

Expected behavior: Like the x86 version it must render everything, fonts and all. Also renders it under WinXP 64 bits.

Log: palemoon.txt Not so helpful, I think I have to activate some font debugging parameter.
