Quick Launch items do lack tooltips

Move the mouse pointer over an icon in the QuickLaunchbar

Expected result
in 2k3sp2, after a moment a tooltip will popup that will have the name of the Link as tooltip
Handy, especially if you are not familiar yet with the icons of some new installed application
