Description
This is really not important for me, I just noticed it during the tests, and thought I file a ticket as well. Therefore Trivial-prio just.
Given you have the Taskbar configured to "non-fixed" and extended the area of Quicklaunch bar a bit to make it be bigger than the amounts of icons in it.
Expected result
If you right-click that QuicklaunchBar-area that has no icons, Windows 2k3sp2 will open a context menu
Observed result
ros does have this context menu also, but opens it erroneously only very close near the Quicklaunch-icons, but not in the whole area, that is covered by the QuickLaunch-bar.
