"Dead" explorer window when network perperties gets displayed

      Playing around CORE-18428

      • Open properties and "properties' properties" and move it to get the "white" effect of CORE-18428 (missing repaint)

      • Press "ESC" to close the "properties' properties"

      The explorer windows is not repainted (as per CORE-18428) but on top, it's dead (you can't interact : not able to move, close,....) as long as the Network properties window is not closed. Then all messages are processed "at once"
