[SOL.EXE] lacks the right-click convenience feature

When right-clicking the Ace,

Expected result
XPSP3 would move it upwards to the other aces automatically, and would then also check whether anywhere also something else could be put "upwards" transitively, as long until nothing else could be put "upwards" anymore

Observed result
ros simply does nothing on right-clicking

Yes, I know I should have filed against master, but I used to have 0.4.14 running by chance,
but I did double-check: the sol.exe from master head 0.4.15-dev-5137-g826bd41 misbehaves the exact same way when executed on XPSP3 even. So we can be sure, that it is not implemented in the app yet, and not a deeper part of ros failing here.
