Control Panel, Registry Folder : "Detailed List" view issues

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5137-g826bd41-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Open control panel
      • View > Detailed list
      • "Comment" section contains wrong / incorrect data and sorting "changes" content (when selecting items)
      • Logs shows several errors (wrong lParam, Heap...)

      Content even "change" when pressing F5. See video : ROS-screen0.webm

       by applying the proposed patch : CControlPanelFolder.patch

      problem is solved : 

      Same REGRESSION on Registry Folder : https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-18760 (and patch provided accordingly) + "sort by column" not working using header
