File Explorer - When trying to move a folder (even if it's empty) from My documents to the Desktop

    Description

      You cannot move a folder, even if it's empty, from "My documents" to the desktop via the shell.
      Neither with Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V, nor by dragndrop.
      F5 does not help.
