OSK : Titlebar stays gray erroneously while moving the Window

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5186-gbbef618-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

       Can't give focus to the window (title bar stays grey). This also happens with our OSK on Windows XP.

      Windows' OSK does receive focus when clicked on non-client area (window title) or the menu bar.

      Regression as it was working fine with previous OSK (i'll bisect if was also working fine with new OSK)
