- Create a new folder
- Create a "Desktop.ini" empty file in it
- Try to customize this folder with a custom icon
Explorer folder properties gets irresponsible (OK/Cancel has no action) and exception is logged :

Right click on Taskbar : Hard exception occurs
then "hard" exception when right clicking the taskbar (see logs)
