Display properties Desktop Items has a vertical scrollbar

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Start Live CD
      • Open context menu on desktop and select "Properties"
      • In Background tab click on "Customize Desktop"
      • Expected: List view control has only horizontal scrollbar
      • Observed: List view has both scrollbars (horizontal and vertical)

      When running our desk.cpl on Windows XP/2003, there is only a horizontal scrollbar.

      This might be a duplicate of some existing report, however I didn't found one specifically for the list view control.
