Keyboard layout "systray icon" and "context menu" being desynced when fast switching with keyboard shortcut

Reproduction steps:
- Have two or more keyboard layout on keyboard settings
- Quickly repeating the ALT+SHIFT layout switcher shortcut
 
There is a chance that two different layout are reported:
 

 
No relevant lines on log but I can attach it, if required.
