Delete/Move to Recycle Bin asks for permanent deletion after using Shift-Del once

      Found while playing around CORE-13363 :

      • Select multiple files in Explorer
      • Press Shift-Del, ReactOs asks for "permanent delete"

      • Say "No"
      • Press "Del" only
      •  ReactOs asks for "permanent delete"

      •  Expected behavior : Move to Recycle Bin (that's also how WinXPSP3 behaves on this scenario)

      Related and maybe duplicate of CORE-18525

      Fixed by patch : Recycle.patch
