    Description

      Found while testing CORE-10994 using reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5297-gb1854d7-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      "My Infos" (bottom right groupbox) flickers and main window is now repainted until main window is moved

      Infinite loop of :

      (win32ss/user/ntuser/defwnd.c:1155) err: In Paint and Client area is not empty!

       

      Windows XPSP3 : Does not flicker
