      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5357-g11a7141-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Open Notepad
      • Enable word wrap
      •  HScrollbar disappears, VScrollbar remains, with its handle (disabled)
      • Type a few letters
      •  Vertical scrollbar handle "disappears" as soon as 1 full line of text is present
