Network connection tray icon is not updating until clicking on it (for >= 2 interfaces)

I noticed this issue while connecting to Wi-Fi in ReactOS on real hardware. Seems similar to CORE-4497 (and CORE-15744 duplicate), but with two or more networking devices with each respective icons.

• Expected behavior: Tray icon should update as soon as you connect to the Wi-Fi
• Observed behavior: The icon remains in "Not connected" state until being clicked
