LOGFONT.lfWidth text/font transformation is not accurate

      20221303-0.4.15-dev-5488-ge316d61

      PR #4920 did implement text/font transformation.
      But LOGFONT.lfWidth text/font transformation is not accurate.
      Text width is not matched to Windows' rendering.

      FontWidth.zip TypeTest7.zip These are the test programs.
