LibreOffice setup shows confusing dialogs when uninstalling (but does uninstall)

In previous versions or ROS LibreOffice the uninstaller didn't work at all.

On ROS 0.4.15-dev-5508 uninstalling LibreOffice 5.4.7.2 via RAPPS does indeed to a clean uninstall (as far as I can tell), however the dialogs shown to the user are highly irritating because they look as if Libreoffice is just continuing or redoing an actual installation, so the opposite of the desired behaviour.

I have not yet checked if LO behaves correctly on WinXP. If it behaves equally weird this might be a bug in the setup, not in ROS.
