WIN32K BSOD 0x1E when opening Build menu in AVR Studio 4.19

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5664-g3bf4ef6-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso

      Reproduction steps:

      1. Download and install AVR Studio 4.19 from here: https://archive.org/details/avrstudio4setup
      2. Start the program and click at the "Build" menu
      3. BSOD 0x1E

      BSOD fixed by the following patch: bsod-fix-win32k.patch
      but the menu still not working properly.
