Opening "empty test.txt" file onto notepad leads to "Handle is invalid" error

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5664-g3bf4ef6-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • create an empty "test.txt" file on desktop (file name or exention does not matter)
      • start notepad
      • drag'n'drop test.js onto notepad
      • "Handle is invalid"

      : Same error if file>Open method is used.

      : only occurs on empty files

      Log just says : 

      err:(win32ss/user/user32/windows/messagebox.c:1048) MessageBox: L"The handle is invalid.\r\n"
