Dynamo cannot create a TCP Socket when ran under ReactOS

      When I run the Dynamo.exe in the attached archive via Command Prompt, It gives an error mentioning the error code of 11001. The archive, screenshots of it not working under ReactOS and it working under Windows Server 2003, and debug log are attached.
