regedit: Creating new key has a bug

On our regedit on Windows 10, creating a new registry key by context menu sometimes doesn't expand the key.

Steps:

1. Create a registry key "zzzKey" on HKEY_CURRENT_USER. "zzzKey" is an empty key.
2. Create a registry key "zzzSubKey" in "zzzKey".
3. Delete "zzzSubKey".
4. Create "zzzSubKey" in "zzzKey" again. "zzzSubKey" won't be expanded.
