When booting into LiveCD, create a ramdisk to write data

    Description

      Windows PE could use fbwf.sys (File Based Write Filter) driver to overlay a RAM disk on top of CD/DVD boot media (X:) drive, which is otherwise read-only. This allows to run software that requires a writable temporary directory to work, and also to install software in non-persisent volatile "LiveCD" way.
