Angle of disk space pie chart is too shallow

The angle at which the disk pie chart drawn different between Windows and ReactOS?  The "camera" in Windows looks at it from a "steeper" more "top-down" angle. The appearance of the chart is consistent throughout different versions of Windows and is easier to read than the one in ReactOS.
