Virtualbox - shared folder not assigned drive letter

When Virtualbox shared folders are mounted, they show up correctly in explorer and can be accessed, but they are not assigned a drive letter, which can lead to problems e.g. in cmd.
Build 5910 - Problem exists
Build 5366 - The problem does not appear
