"MoveTo" Folder does not warn if existing file is present (but CopyTo is fine)

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5900-g14cf589-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • File "a" on desktop
      • Copy "a" in a folder
      • Right click on this file > Copy To > Desktop => Question is raised due to existing file
      • Right click on this file > Move To > Desktop => No question is raised due to existing file
      • Expected behavior : MoveTo shall raise the question, like CopyTo does
