CRASH of shlwapi:url on both VBox/KVM testers

    Description

      I do officially report this structural crash for 0.4.15-dev-2661-g6ae7fc2 GCC8.4.0.

      I do see the same crash on the 0.4.14RCs also, and I digged a bit further and it was introduced there, exactly when the bots were changed from building with GCC4.7.2 to GCC8.4.0 which happened between these 2 builds:

      That did introduce other crashes on the bots as well, but this ticket here is exclusively about the one in shlwapi:url
