ReactOS hangs at shutdown on AOpen DE2700

    Description

      Once ReactOS is installed, and booted, if I try to shutdown, the PC remains on, with the background colour of the desktop, but without wallpaper, mouse or any icon. You can see it in the video: shutdownbug.mp4

      Same happens on Live CD when booting with halacpi.dll
