    Description

      Not all IRP sending functions are refactored after PnP manager rewrite
      namely, IopQueryDeviceCapabilities, IopQueryHardwareIds, IopQueryCompatibleIds
      They should have a function in pnpirp.c file that sends an IRP, and other related code in devaction.c
