Missing features in Paint

Paint is missing two features present in the Windows Vista version:

1) The ability to scale the tool size (brush, pencil, eraser, spray) beyond the preset sizes with Ctrl + Numpad +/-

2) Being able to draw with a third color with Ctrl + Left Click
