BSOD 0x7E is occurring because of a device that failed IRP_MN_QUERY_POWER

    Description

      The BSOD happens when restarting after completing the second stage of ReactOS' setup. It might be an issue unearthed in a driver (I think the AC97 driver) by one of the latest commits. A debug log is attached.
