Export format in the Service Manager does not respect user selection (tab or coma separated leads to tab separated anyway)

• Open ServMan
• File > Export

• Select "Coma Delimited" (not the Tab delimited by default)
• Export is Tab delimited
• Expected result : Coma delimited output
