PDF Annotator 6 is spamming Invalid handle 00000000 passed to NtWaitForMultipleObjects in debug log

      When running PDF Annotator 6 after it has been installed, its UI loads with most of the icons being black and then slows down the OS with the mentioned line being spammed in the debug output (along with messages regarding GDI). I have managed to get a backtrace of the line by adding __debugbreak(); after the debug print. A debug log containing the backtrace is attached.
