The desktop icon of Adobe Reader 9.0 still needs an explicit pressing of F5 to make its desktop icon visible

      Expected result
      I would expect the desktop link to be visible with the correct icon after the setup succeeded.

      Observed result
      It creates a desktop link, but I had to press F5 to make the correct icon show up for it.

      This reminds me a bit of the old, actually already solved CORE-10391 . Maybe it is a minor/similar case that we overlooked back then. Back then it had to do something with "install for AllUsers" vs. "install for CurrentUser only".
