Large Taskbar icons should also be effective for the Quicklaunch when activated

      We recently added support for NT6+ large taskbar icons via 0.4.15-dev-6359-g0e8cf6f PR(#5465)
      (and with a lot of good-will that is related to the mentioned CORE-11698.

      But the Quicklaunch icons do not respect that setting yet:

      Would it make sense to couple both somehow maybe?
      Thw icons in Quicklaunch definitely do support already to show the bigger icons:
